Tiancheng Intelligent Plant in Nantong

This project is one of the most advanced comprehensive intelligent feed mills in China. The complete production line covers premix, pig and poultry feed, shrimp and crab feed, extruded aquafeed, and raw material expansion lines, with an annual output capacity of 600,000 tons of high-grade feed. In terms of intelligent production, the factory adopts FAMSUN's intelligent one-card management system, intelligent production equipment and control system, as well as a fully automated packaging and palletizing system. FAMSUN also developped its MES system for intelligent factory management, ensuring fair and transparent production performance assessment, established operation protocal on site and enabling full control of operations remotely from the control room.

Haid Project in Bangladesh

FAMSUN supplies all sets of the machines for the Haid project in Bangladesh. There are six 1500-ton silos for grain storage; the single workshop has the largest production capacity in the region. There are three pelleting lines, two layer feed lines, and two H156 twin-screw extruder lines of 10 t/h. The pelleting lines consist of one 1200 belt pellet mill (220 kW) and two K15 gear pellet mills (160 kW) for poultry feed. The machines are equipped with the latest automation control technologies. The grinding system adopts both two-step and three-step grinding, which can be switched flexibly according to production needs, such as different recipes. Meanwhile, to improve the grinding efficiency and reduce particle size, the electric control system uses the Fimcos system developed by FAMSUN to achieve pull production and mprove delivery efficiency.

The head of FAMSUN chain conveyor is equipped with a glass window and a baffle, and the tail is equipped with an arc baffle, which is easy to observe and effectively reduce the residue; the elevator is equipped with a unique self-cleaning structure, which effectively reduces the residue and facilitates the cleaning.

Pelleting

Pelleting is a thermo-mechanical process combining moisture and heat in an initial phase called, preconditioning, to soften feed particles followed by the pellet mill, which presses the raw material through a die to create dense pellets. FAMSUN intelligent extrusion systems offer the advantages of high output, optimal yield efficiency, and detailed production data.

Cooling

The cooling process cools the feed to 3 to 5 ℃ higher than ambient temperatures to mitigate mold growth and to ensure stable storage and transportation. FAMSUN cooling equipment adopts modular design, with high efficiency, uniform distribution, and less residue.

After drying and cooling, we need to sieve out the fines and clumps to aquire the required size pellets. Famsun provides the renovated combine sieve which has the advantages of convenient sreen replacement, high capacity, small footprint and low energy consumption.

The FAMSUN packaging scale delivers high precision, minimal dust generation, and exceptional packaging efficiency. Equipped with an intelligent control system, it enables real-time export of packaging reports and data. Additionally, it can integrate with the FAMSUN FimCOS system,enabling real time monitoring of the packaging operation from the machine control room, the packaging reports for different feed types can also be generated from the machine control room.
