The project is one of the comprehensive intelligent feed mills with the highest intelligence standards and the best microfeed in China. The production lines include premix, shrimp and crab feed line, extruded aquafeed line, etc., with an annual yield of 200,000 tons of high-grade feed. The factory adopts FAMSUN's intelligent one-card management system, intelligent production equipment and control system, as well as a fully automated packaging and palletizing system. For intelligent management,FAMSUN also developped its MES system for intelligent factory management, ensuring fair and transparent production performance assessment,established operation protocal on site and enabling full control of operations remotely from the control room.

Extrusion

Extrusion is a thermos-mechanical process that cause starch gelatinization and protein denaturation, and feed pellet size expanded by sudden release of pressure which creates porous structure inside of the pellets. The FAMSUN dryer, developed by the FAMSUN USA R&D Center, features a unique zoned drying design. This innovative approach offers wide applicability, low energy consumption, uniform moisture distribution, easy scalability, and simplified maintenance. Cooling

The cooling process cools the feed to 3 to 5 ℃ higher than ambient temperatures to mitigate mold growth and to ensure stable storage and transportation. FAMSUN cooling equipment adopts modular design, with high efficiency, uniform distribution, and less residue.

The FAMSUN packaging scale delivers high precision, minimal dust generation, and exceptional packaging efficiency. Equipped with an intelligent control system, it enables real-time export of packaging reports and data. Additionally, it can integrate with the FAMSUN FimCOS system,enabling real time monitoring of the packaging operation from the machine control room, the packaging reports for different feed types can also be generated from the machine control room.
