The layer feed project built by FAMSUN is part of the largest and most fully integrated egg production industrial chain project in Asia. The entire plant adopts the industry's most advanced bacterial inactivation technology for layer mash feed, utilizing high-temperature and extended-time sterilization. The complete sterilization system is equipped with electric thermal insulation, while the air circulation and dust removal systems are designed to provide real-time compensation based on seasonal changes, temperature differences, and moisture variations, ensuring consistent feed quality throughout the plant.

Jinyifeng intelligent plant for high-grade poultry feed

The 600,000-ton annual capacity full-feed intelligent production project built by FAMSUN integrates the entire production process, from raw material storage, cleaning, grinding, mixing, and pelleting to fully automated high-efficiency robotic palletizing. The raw material storage system is designed with a cluster of 3×2,500-ton silos and 12×250-ton silos. On the production side, it features a high-spec K-series pelleting system and CP250 dual-grab high-speed palletizing robots. This project stands as a leading high-efficiency, intelligent, green, and safe smart factory in Northern China.
