Haid Project in Bangladesh

FAMSUN supplies all sets of the machines for the Haid project in Bangladesh. There are six 1500-ton silos for grain storage; the single workshop has the largest production capacity in the region. There are three pelleting lines, two layer feed lines, and two H156 twin-screw extruder lines of 10 t/h. The pelleting lines consist of one 1200 belt pellet mill (220 kW) and two K15 gear pellet mills (160 kW) for poultry feed. The machines are equipped with the latest automation control technologies. The grinding system adopts both two-step and three-step grinding, which can be switched flexibly according to production needs, such as different recipes. Meanwhile, to improve the grinding efficiency and reduce particle size, the electric control system uses the Fimcos system developed by FAMSUN to achieve pull production and mprove delivery efficiency.
