FAMSUN’s WH Series Dryers are characterized by uniform moisture distribution, low energy consumption, stability, reliability, intelligence, and convenience. They have a wide range of applications and are particularly suitable for scenarios requiring long drying times, such as those involving high-capacity, high-moisture, and high-bulk-density pellets, including sinking aquafeed, fermented DDGS, bio-fermentation waste liquid, and high-water-content sludge. With four layers of conveyor belts, the dryers offer a production capacity range of 10-25 t/h (based on floating aquafeed). At the same time, they can be differentiated and customized according to customer’s needs to achieve higher-quality production.

    By utilizing Servo Spreading Technology, the material thickness error is minimized to ±5mm. Additionally, based on CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation technology, the dryer's airflow structure is optimally designed to ensure a more uniform energy distribution within the drying chamber. With four layers of conveyance and three turns of material loosening and mixing, along with multiple airflow direction changes, the moisture uniformity is guaranteed to be within ≤±0.75% for sinking materials and ≤±0.5% for floating materials.
