01
High Grinding Fineness
+
It can easily achieve a fineness of 65% passing through a 60-mesh screen under a conventional aquaculture feed formula. The optimized pre-grinding area, featuring toothed plates on both sides of the inlet, ensures repeated grinding for enhanced performance. The screen is designed with a special sealing structure, preventing larger particles from entering the downstream material flow.

02
Wide Adaption to Formulations
+
It can easily grind materials with at least 7% fiber content and 10% fat content. The high linear speed design enhances the shearing effect, making it ideal for high-fiber and high-fat formulations. Additionally, the special rotor configuration ensures high grinding efficiency while preventing screen clogging during the processing of such challenging materials.

03
Optimal Human-Machine Interaction
+
The design features a quick hammer and segmented screen replacement system. The hammers are fixed in place using limit blocks without spacers, reducing hammer replacement time to less than half an hour. The frameless segmented screen has smaller individual screens and is lighter in weight, making it easier and quicker to replace.
