FAMSUN’s self-developed SDTZ series twin-shaft equal diameter conditioner is used for pre- treatment before extrusion in the aqua feed and pet food industries. This series of twin-shaft equal-diameter conditioners needs to be used in conjunction with other conditioners. It can perform high-temperature disinfection, starch gelatinization, protein texturization, and other adjustments on various compound feeds, making full preparations for the extrusion process.

This product cannot be used alone; compared to the SCTZ double-shaft differential conditioner, the volume and conditioning time of the SDTZ double-shaft equal-diameter conditioner increased by 20%.
