The sifter working principle is the centrifugal force; it uses a VFD to adjust speed to ensure the quality and capacity of screening.

The paddles and the spirals on the screen help increase the contact area and break the lumps. The baffle at the discharge helps extend the screening time and improve quality.

The screen self-cleaning brushes are arranged at intervals to prevent clogging and improve the screening rate and effect.

There are totally four access doors on both sides of the sifter, leaving sufficient space for screen replacement. Screens can be replaced by pressing the frame. The time for one person to replace the screen is less than 20 minutes. The maintenance and operation are convenient and efficient.

It is equipped with a standard door protection switch and optional main shaft speed measurement to protect the operation safety of the sifter and avoid equipment damage and other safety risks.
