PTZL Series Vertical Vacuum Coater
Widely used in the feed industry, the coaters are used to add and coat with fat, enzymes, vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids and other liquids to the pellet feed; the coaters are also used for coating pellet feeds that have a high degree of compactness and are not well coated on ordinary surfaces, although the coating ratio is not high.

01Applicable for Various Formulas+The vacuum coater operates at a vacuum level of up to 200mbar (100mbar max) with ≤100mbar/5min pressure loss, enabling 1-36% grease addition (ratio to material mass before coating) while maintaining a good vacuum retention performance. -
02Uniform Coating+A vertical double-screw lifting mechanism works with spiral casing, so that the materials can be circulated rapidly in the coater. Additionally, it is equipped with a 360° all-round pressure atomizing nozzle without any dead angle, ensuring that coating homogeneity coefficient of variation CV value is ≤ 7%.

03Easy Operation, Low Operation Cost, Easy Maintenance+The tapered discharge door ensures efficient sealing, the relatively small moving distance between the moving parts and the sealing parts reduces wear and lengthens service life. There is no need to replace the seal in normal use, only routine cleaning and maintenance is required.
