FAMSUN Premix "Service Tour" Successfully Completed

In the premix industry, precise nutrition, health and environmental protection, full-process traceability, and digitalization have become common goals for the development of premix production enterprises. In July to August 2024, Famsun premix product line successfully held the "Service Tour" activity. This initiative saw the company's multi-departmental experts come together to form an elite service force, which visited and served a number of customers across the country including Haid, Muyuan, and Twins. By practicing the core concept of being customer-centric, we helped our customers improving quality and efficiency, strengthen their market competitiveness, and contribute to the advancement of their business.

1. Precision Nutrition, achieving new heights of dosing accuracy for customers

Dosing accuracy has consistently been a key concern for customers in the premix industry, as it directly impacts the nutritional intake of downstream animals and the farms. In this “Service Tour”, the team addressed the variation of dosing accuracy qualification rate and dosing inconsistency that commonly arise in micro-dosing systems used for complete feed production. They diagnosed on-site and provided solutions promptly, which ensured that the dosing accuracy of each batch of premix was within±5g (30kg and above micro-scale), and extended the service life of the equipment and reduced the cost of use through training and empowering the mechanic and the center control, so that the customer's dosing accuracy reached a new height.

2. Healthy and environmentally friendly, creating a new model of efficient production

Cleanliness and hygiene in the workshop are also one of the important considerations in premix production.  Issues such as excessive dust during the material feeding process and dust leakage caused by damaged sealing materials not only affect product quality but also pose health risks to production personnel. In response to the above problems, the service team identified the dust removal equipment, conveying and mixing equipment as key areas for maintenance, introduced advanced cleaning technology and zoning management solutions to help the customer optimize the production process, reduce the risk of pollution and waste of raw materials, and create a healthy and environmentally friendly production environment, which is expected to help the customer save 3-5% of raw material costs per year.

3. Combination of prevention, control and inspection to create a new system of production and quality management

The safe and stable operation of the equipment is the key to the customer's efficient production and output of high-quality products. The Famsun expert service team conducted a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the equipment at the site, put forward a new safety protection program to address potential safety hazards in production and promptly eliminated the potential safety risks. They also customized the product quality management system with the trinity of automatic prevention, stop checking and traceability testing according to the customers’ needs to ensure the safe and stable operation of the production lines, which can safely and efficiently produce high-quality premix products that meet the rigorous hygiene requirements.

4. Building an Integrated Traceability Platform Enables Digital Transformation of enterprises

With the continuous evolution of digital technology, the digital transformation is becoming a key driver of industry change. As a pioneer in introducing full-process traceability in premix production, Famsun has organized a series of empowering training sessions and exchange activities. Alongside on-site services, these sessions focused on building a comprehensive traceability platform and planning for a digital premix factory. Additionally, they introduced our in-house developed FimCOS intelligent control system, which connects order management, equipment management, quality management, and other processes, automatically tracks the flow of materials involved in production, automatically records key data in the production process, automatically traces the identity of all raw materials in the production process, builds an integrated platform for full-process traceability, digitizing and automating the entire process from order to delivery, and moves from manual management to system management, truly realizing automation and less human involvement.
