In the Digital Factory Experience Zone, FAMSUN highlighted its independently developed Digital Factory Management System. Visitors were able to visualize the full operational flow - from raw material intake, formula scheduling, and production execution through to finished product dispatch - via large display screens. By optimizing key indicators such as efficiency, energy consumption, and output, the system helps feed factories achieve intelligent upgrades.

In the Pet Food Zone, FAMSUN showcased its PX190 single-screw extruder. Designed specifically for the production of premium pet food, the machine meets food-grade hygiene standards and supports high fresh meat slurry incorporation. In terms of hygiene, the PX190 features an all-stainless-steel construction fully compliant with food-grade sanitary requirements. In terms of nutrition and processing, it is equipped with a high-shear twin-shaft conditioner and PCST phase-change screw technology, achieving thorough starch gelatinization and protein denaturation to enhance digestibility of the finished product.

Featured Presentation: Innovative Technology Recognized by the Industry

Concurrent with the exhibition, FAMSUN's digitalization expert Keith was invited to present at the GRAPAS/AFTAN Conference, delivering a keynote on "Unattended Pellet Mill Control System."

The presentation focused on core pain points in pellet production — high labor intensity, excessive energy consumption, and high blockage rates — and shared FAMSUN's proven results: an 80% reduction in machine blockage rates and a significant decrease in electricity consumption, achieved through automatic die-roll gap adjustment and real-time roll speed monitoring technology.

The response was enthusiastic, with multiple international peers proactively exchanging technical views and exploring potential cooperation directions after the presentation.

At the same time, FAMSUN was honored with the AFTaN People's Choice Award in recognition of this innovative technology. Established for the first time by AFTaN (Animal Feed Technology and Nutrition) at VICTAM International 2026, the award is determined by on-site audience voting and aims to recognize innovative technologies and solutions in the feed processing field.
