Today, the 27th PET FAIR ASIA kicked off grandly in Shanghai. Notably, the PX190 overcomes the processing limitations of traditional single-screw extruders through upgrades such as a high-shear twin-shaft conditioner, enhanced durability, and an improved gas transmission system, elevating the safety of pet food.  

With its specialized conditioner, the PX190 achieves broader compatibility through precise feeding and water-air addition. It ensures stable production even with formulations containing 40% to 50% fresh meat slurry and enables innovative production of fruit and vegetable-based main meals.  

CBHD1200 Baking & Drying Integrated Machine

In the high-end baked pet food sector, the FAMSUN CBHD1200 Series Baking & Drying Integrated Machine adopts an innovative multi-stage “upper baking, lower drying” technology, achieving “dual effects in one machine”.

This baking & drying integrated machine tackles quality control challenges with its “high-temperature freshness enhancement + precise temperature control” technology.
