2024 FAMSUN Customer Seminar Achieves Outstanding Success

On December 6th, Shimen County, China, emerged as the focal point for experts in the digital transformation of the agriculture and animal husbandry industries. The seminar commenced with an insightful presentation by Mr. Xavier Xie, CEO of FAMSUN Smart Agro Solutions Co., Ltd.. Utilizing Xiangjia's digital transformation as a case study, Mr. Xie elucidated the integration of advanced technologies, such as centralized control systems and unmanned operations, within the company's operational framework. This technological integration has substantially enhanced production efficiency, optimized management processes, and reduced operational costs. On-Site Visit: Xiangjia’s Million-Ton Intelligent Factory

Subsequent to the opening session, participants toured Xiangjia’s million-ton intelligent factory. Esteemed as one of the largest integrated smart feed mills in Central China, this cutting-edge facility boasts advanced production and testing systems, complemented by Famsun’s latest digital technologies. Attendees observed firsthand the efficiency of the intelligent production lines in managing feed and premix processing and packaging.

In the smart logistics area, participants were introduced to innovative tools such as Smart Code System and the Warehouse Management System (WMS), which facilitate unmanned material handling and precise inventory management. At the grain monitoring center, guests explored real-time silo monitoring, an advanced digital solution ensuring safe and stable grain storage.

The tour continued to Xiangjia’s 120,000-ton premium premix production workshop, featuring zoned safety controls, partitioned production lines, a high-precision micro-dosing system, automated dust removal, and comprehensive intelligent control and traceability. This workshop, which employs top-loading techniques to eliminate errors, high-accuracy batching systems for precise nutrition, and intelligent equipment management to uphold product quality, received unanimous acclaim from attendees for its precision, environmental consciousness, and intelligent operations.

Later in the day, experts from FAMSUN’s feed and premix teams led discussions on several key industry topics, including equipment operation and maintenance in premix plants, micro-dosing systems, packaging scale applications, and online moisture detection. By sharing their experiences and perspectives, these experts provided valuable insights to help participants navigate the challenges of intelligent production and foster higher efficiency in their operations.
